Borzhava meadow is an ideal option for the first hike and acquaintance with Carpathians.

The most difficult part of the way can be passed by lift, and then the path is mostly the actual mountain meadow without steep sections.

In this itinerary I have built a circular route around the meadow with a return to the hotel through a picturesque forest, along the river and the Shypit waterfall. For this walk, you do not need to be physically fit or have any hiking experience.

Don’t bring too much stuff with you. But be sure to have waterproof clothing, enough water and food for a snack. Sublimated food James Cook is an ideal option for hiking. Or, if you visit the meadow in the summer, you can taste blueberries - there are whole fields of blueberries in the meadow :)

Mobile communication in the mountains is very poor, the only working option is Kyivstar, but don’t expect good quality. Keep that in mind.
