We offer You to discover new countries and special places with travel diaries, which are easy to
find on tTravel. This Privacy Policy describes the definitions of Personal Information, how it is
collected, used, stored, and shared when You use Our Application and Website.
By providing any Personal Information, as well as using the Services, You acknowledge and agree
that You have read, fully accept, and abide by this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy will be accessible in the Application and on the Website. We can periodically
renew it. Information about the changes to the Privacy Policy will be displayed on the date of the
update of the Privacy Policy. If You don't agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of
Conditions, and the License Agreement (if applicable), please don’t use the Application and

through the Application, Website, or third-party services (“Usage Data”).

Application.
“Personal Data”, “Personal Information”— any information that can identify a natural person.

— means small text files that a Website stores on Your computer or mobile device
when You receive the Services.

— the information, Company and/or Users provide via Application, including travel
diaries, photos, video, feedbacks, etc.
“Services” — provision of services by the Company via Application, namely: advising on
placement in the Application and providing free / paid access to travel diaries, as well as other
related services that may be provided by the Company for an additional fee.
“Data Controller” — Our Company determines the purposes and means of the processing of
processing activities.
“Data Processor” — means a natural person or legal entity, which processes Personal Data on
behalf of the Controller, specified in this Privacy Policy.
“User” — the individual using the Application, who has passed the Registration and who, unless
otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject (also referred to as “You”, “Your”).
“Third-Party” — a legal person, public authority, agency, or a natural person that under the direct
authority of the Data Controller or Data Processor, is authorized to process Personal Data and/or
Automatically-collected information.
“Processing” - any operation or set of operations that is performed on Personal Data or sets of
Personal Data.

We also collect information from the User’s Google personal account or Facebook account, but
only if the User registered and/or logged in to the Application via the mentioned services. We

We collect Personal Data You provide to Us only when You register an Account through tTravel and
with Your consent, the rest of the Data that We collect is the Usage Data.
The following is what We usually collect:

Personal Data mentioned above requested by the Company is mandatory, and failure to provide it

Services. We use Personal Information that We collect for the following purposes:
a) Providing use of the Application and the Website Support
To provide and operate Our Application, Our Website, communicate with You about Your use of
the Application and the Website. We need Your Personal Data to Process, manage, complete
transactions, create and manage Accounts You establish.

6.1. Broader Protection Standards
The Usage and Personal Data are processed at the Controller's operating offices and in any other
places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
While most provisions of this Privacy Policy concern all Users, some provisions expressly apply
only if the Processing of Personal Data is subject to broader protection standards.
Such broader protection standards apply when the Processing:

Usage Data also is collected and stored by third-party servers, namely Google Analytics.

Google Analytics (Google LLC). Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC
(“Google”). Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of the Website, to
prepare reports on its activities, and to share them with other Google services. Google may use the
Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network (Usage Data

6.3. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell Your Personal Data or transfer it for any other commercial purpose to third parties.
But if necessary, We may share Personal Information with the following categories of Third Parties:

6.4. Payment Systems
During the payment transactions, the Company does not receive the User's payment information,
unless it is specified by the User in his Account.
To pay for the Services, the User pre-adds the details of his own bank card to third-party payment
services Apple Pay, Apple ID and/or Google Pay. Afer that, payment for the Services is made inside
the Application using the specified payment services. We kindly recommend You to read the
To receive remuneration for the sale of travel diaries, the User shall provide Us the payment
details in the "My information" section of the Account. The User must specify:

User's IBAN;

full last name, name and patronymic of the bank account holder;

individual tax number of the bank account holder.
We do not sell or transfer Your payment details (except for paying taxes and filing reports with
government authorities). Your bank details are stored at the Controller's operating offices and
database.

6.5. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links, ads to other sites that are not operated by Us. The Company has no
control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any
third-party websites or services.
7. Terms of Data Storage
We keep Your Personal Information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the
personal information is collected. Otherwise, We securely erase Personal Data once it is no longer
needed.
In case of deletion of an Account, the User will no longer have access to all of the Account Content.
In the event Your account is deleted, the Company deletes Your Personal Data within 6 (six)
months. In case Your Account is inactive (the absence of any use of the Account) for more than 1
(one) year, We will delete Your Account and all its Content.
Usage Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been
collected for, but not more than 2 (two) years from the date of collection, unless otherwise derived
from the purpose of Data Processing.
8. Users' Rights

maintain about You. Generally, this will be within 30 (thirty) days from when We receive Your
request, but if the request is going to take longer to process, We will come back to You and

Our Website and Application were developed for individuals who are 18 years and above,
otherwise, We request a parental / guardian express consent for User to continue using Our
Website and Application or by writing to Us via Our e-mails. If Your country of residence has other

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and
EU Regulation No 2016/678 of 26.04.2016.
All disputes which may arise while using Our Website and/or Application shall be resolved by the
negotiations between the User and Controller via official email.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be finally settled by
arbitration according to the Rules of Arbitration of the Commercial Arbitration Center of the
Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Commercial Arbitration Center), by one or more
arbitrator(s) appointed in accordance with the Arbitration Rules. The language of the

arbitration shall be English. The place of arbitration shall be Kyiv.
13. Warranty
All information and materials provided on this Website and/or Application are "as-is" without
warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties,
expressed or implied, including, without limitation, those of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose.
In no event shall Company be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect, or
consequential damages or any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the
information or materials on Website and/or Application. No data transmission or storage system can
be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while We strive to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot
ensure or warrant the security of any information You transmit to Us, and You use the Application and
provide Us with Your information at Your own risk.
